WHAT YOU NEED:
Current RN or LPN license, CPR (no online classes accepted), TB skin test (current within last 12 months), driver's license, and social security card The IntelliChoice RN and LPN are extremely critical to the health and well-being of the patients we serve and to the organization as a whole.
