Production Planner Converting
Job Description:
Reporting to the Mill Manager, you will have the following main functions:
? Manage supply inventory and negotiate pricing and purchasing conditions with suppliers for converting.
? Use the APO (Avanced Planning Optimization) to manage forcast and manage the plannig board for production lines
? Control SAP APO systems to plan future production
? Manage MRP system and keep up-to-date inventory
? Make sure master data is supplied with proper forms and paperwork for all new materials and productions
? Be able to multi task and work under pressure
? Keep an open line of communication between yourself and the supplier in order to make sure that all required information has been supplied for production needs

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree or five (5) to ten (10) years' experience relevant to position
? Detailed knowledge of current Cascades production processes and systems
? Experience with supply chain logistics
? Knowledge of SAP systems
? Sharp analytical skills
? Experience with managing projects that included training and leading a team
? Capability to take initiative and possess a positive attitude
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
